Presentation and Award Ceremony
On Friday, 28 November 2025, we held a presentation and award ceremony for the Student Minority Projects Challenge (SMPC) during a side event at the 18th United Nations Forum on Minority Issues in Geneva.
Established in partnership with Eurac Research, the Province of South Tyrol, and the UN Special Rapporteur on Minority Issues, the Academic Network for Minority Issues provides a platform for dialogue between students, academics, and community stakeholders, inspiring future participation and collaboration in minority-focused initiatives. The annual Student Minority Projects Challenge aims to encourage student-led research, advocacy, and innovation addressing the challenges faced by minority communities worldwide.
